This hotel exceeded our expectations, with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the in-room massage made us feel completely pampered and relaxed. We loved the exclusivity of the private facilities, such as the bath and gym. the restaurant was exceptional, with delicious and plentiful options for breakfast and dinner. In-room breakfast was a treat and the snack bar was well stocked with a variety of options.

The only minor issue we encountered was the location, as it wasn't near any major attractions and required a bit of walking to reach public transportation. the wonderful views from our room and the exclusive amenities were worth the inconvenience.

The service was incredibly slow and unorganized, especially during Easter. the staff couldn't cope with the number of people and didn't seem to know what they were doing.

The staff, especially Jeff who spoke good English, was very accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. The food was delicious and offered a variety of options. The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including a gym. a perfect experience.

Great bath and massage chair, and amazing view. The hotel room offered a nice touch with the massage chair and the bath was amazing with a beautiful view. The location was also good, not too far from public transportation and some tourist spots. Plus, the staff was very friendly and helpful with any requests.

Poor communication and language barrier. The check-in process was time-consuming and any communication with the staff was slowed down by the language barrier.
